Room great. Hotel quiet. Room clean and large. Front desk was exceptional at check-in. Close to many restaurants. Close to airport. Love this place.

Liked: From check in to check out it was a pleasant experience. The hotel was very clean and well kept, as was our room. I would stay there again with no hesitation.

Liked: The staff was nice. We had to get another room because ours was messed up. The gentlemen at the desk gave us another room without hesitation.
Disliked: The carpet was wet. The bed was damp. The ceiling was wet and had water stains. Breakfast was not good. They put a $100 hold on your card for incidentals but they do tell you to front when you book the room

Liked: Staff was friendly and the room provided the basics for my needs.
Disliked: The bathroom was not clean. The floor was grimy like the cleaning product used had not been fully washed off and the shower was dingy and had other gross thing left behind by previous visitors.

Disliked: Being charged $300 for incidentals that I did nothing to be charged for. The hotel is refusing to take credit the 300 back to my account.

Disliked: Breakfast could have been a little better, but it still kept me fed.
