Liked: Staff was excellent - friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast was also excellent. Plenty of parking. Location was easy to get to. Liked that our room was at the end of a hall by an exit so we had no neighbors and it was convenient to go in and out. Upon leaving, we had a late night flight and were very grateful that we were able to extend our check-out to 6 pm
Disliked: Room was smaller than most BW rooms and very dark - lighter color walls and furniture might help. We had a first floor room along the parking lot so we really could not open our blinds for light or we had no privacy. Room also had an individual air conditioner (no central air) that was a bit noisy but the noise did almost drown out the sound of planes taking off and landing. Would have liked a USB port in the room and stronger WiFi security - could not book anything online or do any banking/financial tasks due to the risk of insecure internet. Suggestion to put trash recepticles outside the doors by parking as occasionally guests threw their garbage on the ground to blow around and maybe they would use the recepticle if available. Staff did clean trash as they saw it - guests were the issue, not the hotel.
