Loud air conditioning
Liked: Everything including the girl that checked me in at 2:30 pm. She was fantastic. The only problem I had was my rooms air conditioner was extremely loud. Could not sleep with it on.

Clean, comfortable, convenient
Liked: Very clean, comfortable stay. Shuttle bus to / from the airport is very convenient. Decent free breakfast served from 5am is great.

Disliked: My baby and I get to the hotel at 8pm and just need a place to sleep before l our flight the next morning. We hadn’t booked ahead and the staff at the desk tells us there’s no availability and that they wouldn’t know what would be a good alternative hire either. They grudgingly allow us to sit on the couch in the lobby to look online for another hotel. Turned out I was able to book a room through booking for this hotel after all which I did just because it was late and we needed a place as soon as possible. Staff continued to be very unfriendly when I told them I had made a booking for the hotel online. Room was clean but the air conditioner was extremely loud.

Disliked: The manager canceled my reservation around midnight, leaving 80 year old me and my 72 year old companion at the airport to book another hotel. This was after the shuttle failed to pick us up after we received confirmation from the hotel that the shuttle would be there to pick us up in five minutes. When we called to see what happened to the shuttle, the worker told us the shuttle was closed for the night. A stranger came on the line and gave her name and badge number and said it was not appropriate for the hotel to leave us stranded and demanded that the hotel send someone to pick us up. The worker said the shuttle driver had already left The stranger demanded that they pay for an Uber. The worker said that the shuttle had gone and picked up people, and it was not.their problem that we were not picked up.The stranger said to call the manager. The worker did, but by the time the manager came on the line, the stranger was no longer on the line. The manager said that she had listened to an audio of the conversation and that we were rude and that she would not allow us to stay in the hotel that night. I said I was not rude, and she said that my companion was rude and my companion had never said one word on the phone at all. I tried to explain to her that a stranger came on the line and that must have been who she thought was rude and she told me she would not talk to me anymore and she would tell the worker to refuse our admittance if we came to the hotel. We then had to go online and find another hotel that would accept us for the night.The third one was the Motel 6, which had a room available for us. We had to pay for an Uber to get us there. It was a horrible experience and I would advise people to book elsewhere.
