Disliked: Bugs in my room. Only offered to change rooms. There was no recognition at all that there were bugs in my room. They did not hold themselves accountable and do not care about their guests at all. They would just rather ignor the issue and put you in a room after room change instead of acknowledging that the hotel is infested with bugs and compensate the guest for not having a clean hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

Not the greatest overall...

Liked: The sheets are my favorite in the new "choice" hotels. They are thin and so soft. Beds are Ok.
Disliked: We were put in another building as that is where our room was. There was 2 hotels and one hotel receptionist. Our building and hallways were freezing. We got in our room and had to huddle under blankets until the heat kicked in. We were told we had to go to the other building where we checked in for breakfast. That was a little inconvenient. We were put in a handicapped room that I don't believe I booked. It was OK, plenty of room. I then thought to myself if I was handicapped and had to use my wheelchair to go outside and to another building , how frustratng that would be.We woke up and was ready to shower to get on the road and....we have NO hot water. We let the front desk know, someone did try to come look into it. After a half hour, we still didn't have jot water so we packed our things and left.The room across from us also did nit have hot water. I left emails with the property after we left and still no response.

Liked: Exceeded my expectations for the price point. Great breakfast- two kinds of waffles even. Lots of options. They allowed toys/balls in pool and the pool was actually warm! Best pool and breakfast at a budget hotel that I've experienced. Will definitely stay again. Family friendly.
