Liked: stayed at the hotel multiple times staff always friendly & helpful rooms are clean, the hotel is quiet even when it is busy/full

It was a comfortable stay.

Liked: Breakfast good. Adequate selection. Hot food hot, cold food cold.
Disliked: The two gentlemen who took care of me at the counter could improve their grooming. The timing in both instances was b4 normal check in and very early in morning checkout. They both did job well however.

Disliked: All during my stay there was construction directly above me and outside my window. Upon complaining to management I was told that they would issue a full refund for my stay. But upon contacting booking.com, I was informed that no refund was going to be issued. If they were not going to honor their promise then I highly recommend that they be boycotted. This is not good business practice.
