Disliked: All during my stay there was construction directly above me and outside my window. Upon complaining to management I was told that they would issue a full refund for my stay. But upon contacting booking.com, I was informed that no refund was going to be issued. If they were not going to honor their promise then I highly recommend that they be boycotted. This is not good business practice.

Disliked: Was unaware of the construction going on. Someone kept stealing our do not disturb sign and the hot water stopped working.

Disliked: Our room was okay but past due for refurnishing.

Far Too Expensive

Liked: The building was sufficiently clean and the breakfast was decent.
Disliked: Toilet clogged twice and the communal toilet by the fitness room was clogged as well. Internet and TV went out for over 5 hours on a Sunday. Front desk constantly smelled of marijuana. The air in the room circulates poorly. Room was far more expensive than what it's quality warranted. Will not recommend to anyone or stay again.
