It was very pleasant.

Liked: The breakfast was great. Lots of variety. The location worked out well since we were there for hockey and all of the rinks were easy to access. It was also close to a variety of restaurants.
Disliked: Some Kleenex in the rooms.

Fine but financially draining!

Liked: The property was fine.
Disliked: I had called in to tell the staff as required on booking.com that I wouldn’t be checking in until the next day of my booking and I still want the rooms and they said it would be fine. I arrived the next day and they had no record of my reservation and that they were booked full. Someone cancelled while I was there so they gave me the room but the next morning I had to pay for that room even though my visa was charged for the other room I had previously booked and how it magically reappeared on their system is suspicious to me. So I paid double for my stay. I would like my visa charges refunded as I did my part in contacting the hotel as stated on booking.com cancellation policy and to contact the property but I was basically ripped off.

Liked: I was travelling with my dog and the room was situated very conveniently to take her out
Disliked: The room smelled stale. And taps in the bathroom sink didn’t appear to have been cleaned
