Horrible experience

Disliked: the hotel was not particularly clean. you could hear everything the people next door were saying. The morning we planned to leave the elevator did not work. I left to check at the desk and was told she called her area boss but was told there was nothing they could do about it. We were on the 3rd floor and my husband is handicapped and has difficulty in walking. I'm 77 years old so I took two trips down the stairs dragging our luggage down. I went back up the 3rd time and carefully helped get my husband down three flights. If he had fallen, I would own your awful hotel. I still plan to report you for not have an alternative way to assist handicap people. While I was doing all of this, the middle-aged lady at the desk sat and never offered to help or get a male janitor or anyone to help.

Liked: The location accessible for me and my family and the price was ok. Was good bedroom size and the climate was good. And the people there was nice. Especially the lady in the desk.
Disliked: Because smell so bad I think the carpet need be washed. There no water in the fridge.The soap and shampoo was terrible.The beds make a noise in the middle of the night.

Disliked: The only thing I didn’t like that we settle in and was relaxing watching tv then we hear kids running up and down the hall 2&3 floor then they started banging on our door and running. So I call the service desk to complain and the guys said he was going to do something but he couldn’t leave the front desk so I ask him well how are you going to tell them or see them when they are on the 2&3 floor and your at the front desk, I told him I will tell them and he replied don’t be hard on them, but what about us that are trying to relax and the elderly people that was there.. that was very disturbing!!!!!! He was talking like he knew them, and what they were doing.
