Liked: Close to nice coffee shops.Staff were polite.
Disliked: Unfortunately there were two issues. One was that the plate of my door knob was offset so much so you could look straight into the room. I informed the staff and they offered me tape to cover the hole. Secondly, the linen in the bathroom had a large brown stain, I turned it into staff that evening to let the manager know of the two issues. Very disappointing stay for $150+ overnight.After the stained towel incident I became more wary of the cleanliness and one of the two beds had several light stains on the cover sheet.I am not sure if I was just unlucky but as I was waiting for staff another customer was embarrassed because she was given keys to a room that was already occupied.I typically only write positive reviews but my issues were not addressed by the manager the next day so I hope this will spur the manager to bring this place to the standard of BW hotels that I have not had any issues with.

Not worth the money!

Liked: Honestly there wasn't much to like
Disliked: A lot. The receptionists are barely ever at their desk especially night shift, last time they got my room wrong so I had to go physically show them I booked a room with a king size bed not two queen or double beds, the last room I booked had a huge cold breeze constantly in the room, the heater didn't blow a consistent heat, weird metal frame under the bed is so loud and hard to not kick, and the reception doesn't answer the phone

Liked: We came for the Eras Tour in Vancouver and this hotel was far enough away to be a decent price but not so far it was a haul to get to the venue. The breakfast was very good and very nice to have to quickly grab some food before heading out for the day, and the room was a good size, clean, and the beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: N/A

Disappointing

Disliked: the blanket had stains on it and the heater was very loud and the bed kept creaking and our neighbours were very loud especially in the morning, blasting music as welllast time i was here everything was great, everything was quiet or noise was minimal and nothing was dirty or loud that kept me up at night, during this stay it was hard to sleep, room 206’s curtain’s don’t shut all the way, just on the side for design sadly
