Liked: The breakfast was excellent we ate there every morning.
Disliked: There was an odd oder coming from the restroom at all times.

It was an unforgettable experience

Liked: The view from the room was very beautiful towards the zocalo
Disliked: Athroom maintenance and room cleaning

Liked: The location was perfect and the staff were friendly.

Liked: The location is next to the main square, which is both the best part of the hotel and the worst part due to the noise.
Disliked: It's awfully noisy! There is no sound insulation in the hotel, so every movement above or below you involves noise. What's worse is the amount of noise in the main square in front of the hotel. There is noise all night and it keeps you awake! Hard to get sleep with loudspeakers blasting through the windows and there is absolutely no soundproofing.

Liked: The location of the hotel and view from our balcony was fantastic. So historic that you even have a lift operator !
Disliked: Unfortunately, as it is overlooking the central square, we were subjected to very loud noise from a protester group one night, then even louder rock music until 4am the next night. Eventually they let us change rooms at 3am. The door key cards NEVER worked, and the showers are dismal, but overall they tried their best.

Location is nice.

Liked: I like this hotel is by the zocalo, Mexico city's downtown. It is a nice place to walk around.
Disliked: Bathroom was not very clean. Bath towels look dirty.

Liked: I love everything on Best Western Majestic, great personal , fantastic location , amazing food everything was perfect. I will definitely book there again if available
Disliked: there is nothing I did not like , everything Best Western Majestic was fantastic. :)I cannot think of anything that I did not like

Great location to enjoy the...

Liked: The hotel location can’t be beat. No pool or workout facility, but not needed if taking advantage of the location. No AC. Could have used that. Pretty noisy throughout the night with activity always happening at the Zocalo.
Disliked: Could have used AC. But probably not an option in a historic location/building.
