Worst Western Ever

Liked: I booked this place for one night stay due to gym,sauna and pool. But this was the worst decission ever! On the booking com there is no info that you need to pay extra for using sauna,gym and pool! What is this policy? Never ever book it again. All this is not in Best Western but in the hotel next doors Courtyard Marriot! Breakfast the same, you need to go to other hotel!!Old style rooms need to get refresh. Bathroom from 1990 small without shower! Only plus is the parking space. For this price not Worth a single cent!

Very pleasant stay!

Liked: Simple, clean and quiet rooms, comfortable beds. There was also a kettle in the room with some tea/hot chocolate/coffee. Good breakfast with variety of choice.The staff was insightful and helpful with the tips about the city. On top of that, I left a personal item in the room, and the staff arranged the return (they sent it by post) so I received the item back very shortly. Very grateful for that!

Would recommend except the traffic...

Liked: Clean and comfortable.Not too far from tram to city centre
Disliked: Bad level of traffic noise ,especially buses as there is a bus stop directly opposite .The stopping and starting was very noticable even from the fourth floor.NOTE I am a relatively light sleeper and am used to a quiet location so this would not affect everyone

Liked: Room is clean and coffee machine is nice.Infra red cube and gym also cute.
Disliked: Not generous, offered in the room only 2 of everything (sugar, coffee, tea), not allowing to use it more than once for a couple. Slippers you also need to ask to get. Pool was very cold! Not usable if you wanna enjoy it.
