Liked: The hotel is not far from WIU and Amtrak, and near the Walmart. Very friendly staff at check-in and out, and breakfast. Very clean lobby, room, and bathroom. Great shower pressure. Standard toiletries and breakfast. Excellent for a 2.5 star.

Liked: Ive stayed here 6 times in the last year and this might be the nicest, cleanest Best Western in the state. Its definitely the nicest one Ive stayed in!

Liked: Smoke-free hotel in decent location, friendly front desk staff (Hotel employee were wonderfully pleasant.), clean and comfortable room, free hot breakfast, free Internet, free parking.
Disliked: The juice dispenser at breakfast was not fully operational. There was no orange juice. The apple juice was more water than juice.
