Peaceful easy feeling

Liked: There was a hiccup with our rooms upon check in for a super busy game weekend. Maryann and Ryan get 5 star customer service working it out with us and the other guests for a nice duration. This location was super handy to our plans in town for the weekend. It was a renovated location and the updates and new colors are definitely a positive vibe.
Disliked: The breakfast set up could have more to offer

The Best Western was very...

Liked: The location was only 5 min away from restaurants and the home of family who lives in Lubbock. The breakfast was very good. We stayed in a king suite, which was very nice and exceeded our expectations. It had a pull out sofa, bar stools, kitchen, desk and chair. It's nice to have a place to sit and relax, besides the bed.
Disliked: There could have been some utensils in the kitchen.
