Best western is the best

Liked: Rooms were clean staff was friendly breakfast was really good all around 5 stars highly recommend

Would like this to be...

Liked: It was a nice location I have stayed there before everything was good
Disliked: This is the second time the shower dirty had hair. I had roaches crawling on the table between the beds. I took video. Showed front desk. I have not received a call from management. Or any other compensation.

Disliked: The bathroom floors weren’t swept very well. I took a coldish shower. No hot water.

Disliked: When I entered the bed room I found a adult toy in the night stand I had to call front desk to remove it

Horrible

Disliked: Got to the motel after work wanted just to sit down and relax to watch some tv however no tv for the entire day and night still no tv in the morning. Temperature was not working properly in room. Went down for complementary breakfast, gravy had hair and the milk was spoiled. Bought detergent and fabric softener only to get to laundry room and washer out of order worst stay ever at this place
