Disliked: The sofa was uncomfortable. There was a huge spider in sofa bed. My husband got bit by bugs in king size bed. No pillows for sofa bed.

Liked: The facility was great
Disliked: They charged my card for 2 nights, and I only stayed 1 night.They refused to give me my refund. When I called the front desk, they kept lying about the charge.

Disliked: Very run down lots of repairs needed in the room. When I checked in, I wanted to pay cash, but the clerk said he charged my card hours before, and we checked in at 5 pm. The part that angered me was that he said there was nothing he could about it. I asked him if he could reverse the charge. He said, "I guess I could do that."
