Very pleased with my stay...

Liked: Loved it! Right temperature of the food. Plenty of food and very tasty.
Disliked: Ice maker didn't work on the 3rd floor.

Liked: We loved our room! We loved having a living room and bedroom feel, felt like a one bedroom apartment it was nice! The beds were so comfortable and the room was very nice and clean! Very quite and clean hotel. Staff was super nice and helpful! Breakfast was very yummy and the kitchen area and tables was clean. Nice pool area! Very happy with our stay, we definitely recommend and will be back to stay!
Disliked: The pool area was very nice but the water could be warmer! There was days the kids couldn't swim long one day because the water was cold, so that was a little bit of a bummer. Also the pool area gets super hot at times in there. The water pressure in the shower wasn't the best. Not many complaints here!

Disliked: Elevator not functional in am when many checking out. However, an employee housekeeper kindly offered to help me carry my roller down 4 flights.The first day, my room was not attended. I did have my DND sign up, but I left while still early am. Reported to front & said if they see sign do not come back to see if sign removed. I guess i feel if sign removed before 10:30 & room is a stayover, room should be recheck for cleaning.

Disliked: That we had to change are room 3 times and they still are trying to charge me another night

Liked: Staff was very friendly and the breakfast had a lot of options.
Disliked: Pool was ice cold. Elevator broke so we had to walk town 3 stories with our luggage. The hallways and our room smelled like humid stagnant air that’s been in there for 20 years. Our suite was very outdated and the AC air smelled really bad. We reserved a room for 4 people and there was only two bath towels in the room. Our dining table in our room and the fan above it was covered In dust. Pull out sofa bed had no extra bedding for it and was very dirty with a dirty sheet under it.
