Overall a good stay.

Liked: The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The biscuits and gravy were really good. The staff even allowed me to change rooms which was greatly appreciated and actually saved the trip for us.
Disliked: The breakfast sausage was only tepid . Nearly cold in fact.

It was overall very nice

Liked: The workers were nice, breakfast was good , room was clean, Queen bed was very comfortable , room was spacious
Disliked: The mattress on the pull out sofa was very uncomfortable you could feel the springs through it

Louisville East Best Western

Liked: The location was good, close to where I was working. There were plenty of food and store options close by.
Disliked: I had a king room. The room was small and the bed was as hard as a rock. I had read previous comments that had stated there was a hot tub, I was really disappointes to find out there was one but it was no longer there. The pool room is heated not the pool itself.
