Liked: It was very clean and staff were professional.
Disliked: The bathroom almost caught fire due to electric issue and breaker was turned off so there were no working lights in the room the second night.

Liked: It was recently built so everything was in nice condition. Bed was super comfy and thanks for the full size pillows.
Disliked: Those remotes Best Western uses for TVS are just horrible. Could not purchase drinks or snacks due to not having cash.

Disliked: Homophobic, bad service, rude, bad customer service, bad systems. They write down your stuff on a notebook paper and pray they dont retentive you room out once you''re already in it. Worst hotel experience ever!!!!!

Liked: It was clean and the A/C worked beautifully. I feel like sometimes adjustable thermostats are just for show in hotel rooms. But our room was wonderfully cold.
Disliked: We apparently missed breakfast. It was 9am on Sunday when we went down and everything was put away. We were pretty bummed and slightly annoyed. I think Saturday and Sunday breakfast should be open until 9:30am.
