I arrived well before check in just to drop off my suitcase and the helpful receptionist said there might be a room. Albeit, it was small but suited me. Handy location for tube station and train. I certainly will be back. Absolutely no complaints.

Liked: Breakfast, location and staff.
Disliked: Smallish room and had to take suitcases down some stairs.

Liked: The hotel is situated far enough away from the hive of activity but close enough for an easy commute. Secure parking provided peace of mind for leaving our vehicle throughout our stay. The housekeeping staff ensured our room was clean and tea / coffee facilities replenished daily
Disliked: As we werent leaving london until 3pm I was slightly disappointed that we had to pay for a further night's parking fee from 11am - 3pm

Disliked: Nothing. Everything was as I expected

Liked: The hotel and room were exactly as described, good location and good size room. Breakfast, however, was shockingly bad, one of the worst I've had. I mentioned this to reception, who did not seem interested.
