I arrived well before check in just to drop off my suitcase and the helpful receptionist said there might be a room. Albeit, it was small but suited me. Handy location for tube station and train. I certainly will be back. Absolutely no complaints.

Liked: Breakfast, location and staff.
Disliked: Smallish room and had to take suitcases down some stairs.

Clean room; easy check in/out.

Liked: A standard no frills hotel. Ok for a short stay.
Disliked: The bed wasn’t too comfortable.The lift doors don’t seem to have sensors which meant it abruptly closed on my wife. A small child could be seriously hurt.

Liked: The location was perfect for our needs.
Disliked: There was quite a bit of noise from across the hall late into the night. The desk person did promptly reply to my request and came to ask the people to keep the loud talking down.

Disliked: The beds were not comfortable at all. The hotel was noisy, some voices were coming from the hallway. Our room faced the back and was always bright all night long, the light from outside seeping into the room even though the curtain was closed
