I arrived well before check in just to drop off my suitcase and the helpful receptionist said there might be a room. Albeit, it was small but suited me. Handy location for tube station and train. I certainly will be back. Absolutely no complaints.

Liked: Breakfast, location and staff.
Disliked: Smallish room and had to take suitcases down some stairs.

Liked: The room was a great size, good value for money and good location.
Disliked: Unfortunately I was disappointed that I was not listened to. On arrival I asked if I could check out at 12 instead of 11am. I was told this would be fine. I even asked the lady to make a note of this so I would not be knocked at 11am asking why I hadn’t checked out and she told me she would put it in the handover. At 10:55am I was getting knocked and also called on the phone telling me it was check out time. (It wasn’t even 11am yet!!) I explained I was told yesterday I could stay until 12pm and was told I needed to check out Even if I was checking out at 11am the phone call and door knock before it had even reached 11am was quite aggrieve
