Not worth the money

Disliked: Its a four star hotel yet no room service was available, some receptionist were very unprofessional, it was my worst experience with a 4 star hotel

I will stay again this...

Liked: Room 169 the drapes that is holding the curtains by the bed is broken. The table with the little coffee set up the tea pot was not the best but it worked. I didn’t do breakfast as my flight was early however I did order dinner and I never received my Mac and cheese but didn’t complain as I was really tired and needed to get some rest and the next morning I left out at 5 an forgot to make a complaint about it. I had the wings, steak with mesh potatoes and should have been Mac and cheese but was not received.
Disliked: The say was too short to not like any thing but your restaurant staff needs to pay more attention. I was charged for food I didn’t get.

Liked: Close to airport, staff checked me in early because my itinerary changed and arrived earlier, friendly staff
Disliked: room was a bit old and outdated

Liked: 5 minute bus ride from Heathrow. Friendly staff
Disliked: Spend the couple extra dollars on another hotel. Dated and not exceedingly clean rooms. Very congested but got the job done.
