Very good

Liked: The room was small but clean and I loved the bathtub. The English breakfast was good.The location is very good for the airport, short distance with the buses from Heathrow central bus station.I didn't use the shuttle to the airport but I think it is useful.
Disliked: There is no shuttle from the airport to the hotel.

Liked: The location. Originally I booked to get to LHR terminal 3. It turns out it's not so good. Hotel does not have a shuttle service so you have to subscribe to hotelhoppa and it takes time. However as I ended up with a rental car it turns out the location is very close to LHR rental car return with petrol stations also near to top up the tank.
Disliked: Parking inside the hotel parking area is not free. You pay a car park company which makes it less than convenient and you need to price this into any rate offer you get The room has plenty of hot water but the shower didn't turn off completely leaving a dripping noise all night. (Plumbing etc was old) Much worse there was absolutely no hot a air coming out of the hearing vent whatever setting I put in the thermostat. The fan was noisy but no heat. End of January in London. It was FREEZING! I would never book this hotel again.

Good clean hotel.

Liked: Very clean. Nice bar. Comfortable bedroom. Close to Heathrow and various bus stops.. Although fairly expensive at £12.50, the breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: I can't find anything that I didn't like.
