Liked: We have stayed here numerous times. We have never encountered any issues!

Would not stay again, too...

Liked: The location was great to the horseshow grounds with easy access to the freeway. It is close to lots of restaurants and gas stations.
Disliked: The non smoking rooms smelled like smoke. We moved to another room and it was flooded with rain water seeping under the walls to the floor. Even though there are body wash, shampoo and cream rinse dispensers in the shower, they were never filled. They remained empty during the stay even though the front desk said they would follow up with housekeeping and asked twice to resolve the issue. So, be prepared for no soap or shampoo when you arrive after a long day, bring your own. Housekeeping did not change the sheets or make the bed each day, so be prepared for only new towels on your return.

Disliked: Bathroom could have been cleaned and there was no shampoo or body wash.

Beds are very firm .

Liked: It was a good location. Room was clean. Breakfast was ok.
Disliked: The bed was VERY firm. Tried to get more pillows and blankets but the hotel didn’t have any more. Heard traffic late at night from road. Try to get a room away from busy street.

Spooky hotel with room for...

Liked: Room was clean at least and was cleaned every day and spacious enough and the breakfast was descent enough too.
Disliked: It was quite spooky, as I don’t want to know what all happened in this hotel. It was very noisy and I could hear everything from my neighboring room and sounds from outside as it’s close to a busy street. Service of staff was below par and for what you get it was way overpriced.
