I was promised a refund...

Liked: The location
Disliked: The rooms. My first room had not been cleaned. 2nd room had a bug in the tub and the toilet was not working. 3rd room, the toilet was not working. So finally after waiting for the clerk to check each rooms toilet he found a king size room whose toilet was working. Because it wasn’t a double bed room I had to find other accommodations to stay because my other two guest needed somewhere to stay. We traveled from Michigan for the thanksgiving holiday and was really tired and hungry and was very frustrated with the whole ordeal.
