Liked: Convenient location for Pavilion Noir, Bus Station and the town
Disliked: It was good value

Liked: Friendly staff.
Disliked: The decoration of the room was cold. Our bathroom needed a serious refreshing: there was mold and a broken water geezer delivering over boiling water at first (we burnt ourselves and complained but it didn’t change much). We will not go back especially since the neighbourhood is quite unpleasant - if your goal is to enjoy the old city of Aix: you’re not there!

Good hotel for a visit...

Liked: Big room and walking distance from Aix's city center
Disliked: The room was lacking lights and it was quickly dim.

Disliked: the breakfast room was too crowded therefore not very friendly.

Clean, comfy, good for family...

Liked: The room was bigger than we expected, a great fit and within budget for our family. Hotel provided a crib - room had plenty of space for it.
Disliked: We were hoping to have some food at the hotel (given that it was raining too much to go out). We ordered off of the menu and received, to our surprise, pre-packaged foods that were incredibly expensive and didn't taste very good. They hadn't made clear that the restaurant was closed and that the food was just microwaved packages.
