With the exception of the...

Liked: Check in process was smooth, the staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was quite good, the pool looked nice though I did not have time to use it. The room other than the AC not functioning was good and was clean.
Disliked: The room was too hot the temperature ( air conditioning) was set to the lowest temperature and clearly was not functioning. The price was quite a bit higher than expected due to an above average occupancy rate this weekend ie 272.00 per queen room, I booked 2 and thought it was pricey but I needed to be near St. Therese for an event. I have stayed at BW hotels many times over the years mostly for business and the price has been lower elevating the overall value.
