We discovered we had a flat tire on our way to the conference, the staff were very sympathetic and helpful. We were very comfortable with the accommodations.

Liked: Excellent staff, delicious continental breakfast, clean rooms, very accommodating!
Disliked: One smoking man on the balcony, which does not reflect on the hotel

Liked: The property was very nice, I like staying at them everywhere I go. The room was clean and nice as well. I think the only thing I didn't like was the water pressure for the shower was nil. Other than that was pretty nice.

Liked: We like this location. It is quite. Breakfast is good with lots of protein.
Disliked: There was no maid service after our first night. The garbage cans get pretty full by the time we’ve been there 2 nights and we ran out of coffee and cups and glasses.

Liked: Clean, convenient parking to our room, roomy room , easy check out
Disliked: Staff was nice and helpful at desk.

Very enjoyable, TV was disappointing

Liked: We didn't participate in breakfast. We had to travel to Tacoma for a medical procedure early in the morning.
Disliked: There were a lot of empty rooms but there was some one above us who were very loud and seemed like they were stomping back and forth across the floor all night. The TV doesn't show what's on. No guide to see what you want to watch.

It was very pleasant once...

Liked: It was very pleasant but the floor seemed a bit sticky when walking around. Otherwise everything was good .
Disliked: We had to change rooms three times before getting into one that was a good and that was all done my the front desk staff. Want to thank Megan especially she helped us the most with the problems.
