We discovered we had a flat tire on our way to the conference, the staff were very sympathetic and helpful. We were very comfortable with the accommodations.

Disliked: One smoking man on the balcony, which does not reflect on the hotel

Disliked: Water took forever to get hot in the shower. Toilet moved when you sit down. Maintenance did come and fix it, but for the amount they charge, it could have been better.
