We discovered we had a flat tire on our way to the conference, the staff were very sympathetic and helpful. We were very comfortable with the accommodations.

Liked: Excellent staff, delicious continental breakfast, clean rooms, very accommodating!
Disliked: One smoking man on the balcony, which does not reflect on the hotel

Liked: I seemed to have screwed up my arrival date. I was a day late arriving but the office was still able to get me in at the price I had paid online for. Considering it was a friday...much appreciated to the staff.
Disliked: Alarm clock going off at 5am which I did not set. Refrigerator was making noises, sounded like someone operating an old RC toy.

Liked: The bed was firm.
Disliked: The facility was dated and in need of a good cleaning and repairs. Spider webs visible from several corners of the room indicating at a pest problem may be present, or that the room was not cleaned properly. Lots of road noise and foot traffic throughout the night. The linens all had a weird "chemical" smell...maybe bleach or something, but for someone with allergies it was a bit off-putting.

Disliked: Facilities old, toilet bowl and shower were supposed to be ADH. Toilet very small and low to the ground, shower head unmovable.Breakfast was unacceptable. Every day I had to hunt someone to put food and coffee out for myself and the other guests. The breakfast person was constantly in the front with the employee at the desk and not tending to the dining area.You can get far superior service and accommodations for substantially less than the price charged.I strongly recommend NOT staying at this facility!!!
