Liked: The staff were really nice. The hotel located right by the freeway so it was easy to find and get back in the freeway to go home. The room was clean and real nice.
Disliked: I was in a room that was right next to the elevator, so I didn’t sleep very well because of the noise of the elevator.

Liked: The hotel was clean and and well kept.
Disliked: The hotel is right next to I-5 and a Shell station. It was so loud you could hardly hear the tv or get to sleep.

Liked: The location was great. Easy to get anywhere from, also the parking was very nice.
Disliked: Where in the world do I even begin. At check in she told me it was going to be $52 more dollars then I had agreed to pay on the booking app. She let me know that the deposit was not $50 but $100 when the app clearly states it’s $50. Not that big of a deal because it’s money I will get back but honestly it was shady and not transparent at all. I paid and she hands me my room key, we go to the room, the door is completely messed up. Which later I address with the front and not once was I offered to switch rooms, and yes they told me it was pretty dead this weekend so I know they had a ton of rooms open. There were tons of rips in my bedding how nasty and a big yellow gross stain on my blanket. Again I was offered nothing, even after talking to the manager, he said to call him and he will upgrade me for free next time I stay, then I received a text to rate my stay and I argued back and forth over text and once I sent photos, they said they would give me a complimentary night next time I come, well as of yesterday my bank had reversed all the charges so I thought they had made everything right and given me a full refund and I was not going to make this review, however this morning they didn’t give me any type of refund and it got repulled out of my bank account. I’m so disappointed. I will never stay again nor will anyone I know. I will be letting everyone know how terrible it is and how they do not care to make things right
