Unsatisfied with front desk

Liked: The whole hotel was great and very clean
Disliked: The front desk clerk she was very rude when I tried to show her that maybe 3 hours before I got there the money was already taking off my card. Then when I got there she told me she had to swipe my card again cause that was just a hold on my card so she swiped it for $150 so now I'm out of $150 that they over charged me.
