Very disappointed with Best Western.

Liked: Breakfast was good and location was good.
Disliked: When we got there, they said they didn't have a king room and asked me to upgrade to a king suite for $42 more. I asked why they didn't have a room that I reserved in advance and they found one, although it was a handicap room. The first morning, there was no hot water so we took cold showers.

Shoud we ever travel this...

Liked: Location was easy to find, Breakfast was good and overall accomodations were up to, or better, than some of the motels we have stayed at. Best Western has done well at this facility.

Liked: Everyone was very accommodating as we were transitioning from one home to another.
Disliked: Na

Perfect 13th birthday celebration for...

Liked: The pool & little waterfall are perfect. We celebrated my daughter’s 13th birthday & she had 3 friends stay. Clean rooms & breakfast was really good!!

Liked: Easy access
Disliked: Reserved the room then paid for room on sight with cash. Gave an extra 100 for security deposit. Never got a receipt or my money back in the morning. The clerk couldn’t even tell that I paid with cash.
