Not worth the value
Liked: Check in staff was nice. Room size was nice. Beds were on the harder side but not rock hard.
Disliked: We walked into our room and it was so hot on the middle of December. we needed to keep the air conditioner on during out trip just to make it manageable. The bathroom toilet leaked. When we told the front staff about the situation I was told, "Ok". Breakfast was very limited. The elevator sounded it was going to break down at any moment!Overall not worth the money we paid.

Staff was great. Room was...
Liked: We liked the staff. They were very friendly and recommended a wonderful place for us to eat dinner our first night in Knoxsville.
Disliked: We did not like the peeling ceiling in our room and obvious water damage with mold. The mattress on the sofa sleeper was very stained. We ended up not staying the 2nd night and was assured we could get a refund for that night.

Comfortable and restful
Liked: I love having that separate living area that allows you to not be in the bed all the time.

Still not let me down!
Liked: I have stayed here on multiple occasions. Indeed, this one review will cover all my days stayed here in September. The staff are brilliant. Betty and Jen are absolute diamonds. The night shift lady can be a little testy, but so I would I be if I had to deal with some of the people who pitch up late at night. Had a few issues with a couple of rooms, but immediately I was moved to somewhere else. The rooms are spacious and having bedroom and lounge divided does give a sense of space. The beds are comfortable enough, and in the main, huge. The bathroom has a proper tub, and a soak is much appreciated. The ladies who clean the rooms are diligent and happy to resolve any issues regarding towels,, cleanliness, etc. Respect them and they will respect you. Breakfast provides enough to set you up for a full day. If you want something else, a local supermarket is across the way within easy walking distance. The location has restaurants and bars nearby, and I recommend the local Applebees as the staff in there are magnificent and the menu good. Handy for getting into the heart of Knoxville or going north to Kentucky as I-75 nearby. I trust the management and staff to look after me. The laundry is always welcome.
Disliked: This is not a direct fault of the hotel, but I think a general malaise that has befalling all of Knoxville. The amount of homeless people has again increased in this area. Whilst never feeling threatened or harassed, it is best to keep your wits about you. I did notice this time around that maintenance were working their socks off to keep things running. They do a very good job.

Easy access and good bed.
Disliked: I think someone had smoked in the room prior to my stay. The A/C was cold but was extremely noisy. Made it hard to sleep.
