Cricket great on booking my...

Liked: Breakfast was cold - employee forgot to turn on / ignite heaters. I was invited to kill my food in my room’s microwave. 12:00 check out nice, so was the cable.
Disliked: Staff asked me for Service Animal ID when I checked in.As they don’t know ADA I wonder what else they aren’t aware of. Fitness Center only had two pieces, none of which I could use (i.e., no elliptical). Won’t be back.

Liked: The Inn was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful especially Cricket. We love the location. we will definitely be staying here again.
