Best Western Kennewick Tri-Cities Center, Kennewick

Very nice, large room, nice bed and very clean. It was fine for my needs and would stay there again.

Liked: Very nice bed, micro/fridge, tv and clean
Disliked: Hair dryer not working, thin walls, no hair conditioner, only shampoo

Liked: Breakfast was amazing. I was so pleased with the mini cartons of milk and chocolate milk for the kids. Even almond milk for my daughter and I who don't tolerate diary well which was GREAT. A great selection of breakfast items and toppings!The staff was excellent! I even made a goofy mistake checking in, they all had a good laugh with me, then fixed it with no questions or attitude. We will definitely be recommending and staying at this location again!!
Disliked: As of now I can't think of anything we didn't like.

Disliked: I never do this, I’m not a complainer. But whatever you do, don’t get room 401!! Very small, dark, and cramped room. The room was clean, staff was nice and efficient but the room was absolutely dismal. There was no room to put anything in the bathroom except on top of the toilet. Small, rough, bath towels. Lighting was minimal with 2 little lamps. Coffee was on top of the cabinet but the cord wouldn’t reach outlet so I had to rearrange, move it down below, unplug microwave, and move the cabinet away from the wall to get the coffee pot plugged in. For warm water you need to run it for a good 5 minutes. Never did get cold water again. Ran it for at least 5 minutes to try and get cold back and it was luke warm. Sink was so small I couldn’t get my water bottle filled completely so I could put it in the fridge to have cold water in the morning. I’m staying here after having a medical procedure and I didn’t have the energy or patience for all of this. Definitely won’t stay here again. But, according to other reviews the free breakfast is good here? I’m hoping!!
