Liked: Large, comfortable bed, air conditioning and rain shower.
Disliked: Tired decor, fixtures and fittings. Mouldy and leaking shower floor. Fridge not working. Kettle splashed hot water on reaching boiling point (was not over filled). Milk available on request (not in room). Noise from neighbouring theme park until late at night.

Liked: The only decent thing about this hotel was the breakfast.
Disliked: DISGUSTING. This hotel is in such a terrible state that we had to leave it after only 1 night and book another accomodation elsewhere. The rooms and hallways were incredibly dirty and there was mold everywhere. The floor tiles in the shower cabin were completely covered in black mold. One of our 3 rooms had a horrible rotting smell coming out of it, so we asked for a replacement and the new room was just as bad. In the middle of the night the hallway outside the room was full of police banging on someone's door, so you can imagine the kind of guests that stay here. The next morning as we checked out, we asked the reception for our money back for the nights we wouldn't be staying there, but they just laughed and said it wasn't possible because we've already paid.In no universe is this a 4 star hotel. It's incredibly dirty and the mold is a health hazard. The area around the hotel is also incredibly run down and I didn't feel comfortable there at night. In all my years of traveling, I've never had to leave a hotel because of how dirty and dangerous it was, until now.
