Disliked: The rooms we booked were not available. I had 2 disabled people with me and after processing the payment for one of the rooms, we were told that they couldn't get a room on the ground floor for the disabled. No elevator either so we couldn't stay there and then they refused to remove the charges for the room that they had processed. They also lied to me about a security charge.I have already contacted Best Western and informed them what happened. We were NOT able to stay since they are not handicapped accessible.

Stay At Best Western

Liked: The location was excellent. The room and service were excellent. The place was exceptionally clean, breakfast excellent and the room was exceptionally large and very comfortable. The location was exceptionally quiet.
