Disliked: Room was very hot but I didn’t want to sleep with the window open, as a single female traveller they’d put me on the ground floor for some reason.The breakfast waiter was a bit grumpy and unhelpful (I asked for a table for 5 and he said they didn’t have any and walked away leaving me to make up my own table!)

Overall it was enjoyable, but...

Liked: Room was very spacious and clean, bed was very comfy to sleep in. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Drinks options were great!
Disliked: Not great value for the money you pay. Drinks and food are very pricey seeing as you have to pay for them on top of what you already pay. Evening meal wasn’t great and not a very wide selection for fussy eaters. Feel as though it is suitable for couples who are travelling elsewhere for the night and need a place to stay but not suitable for a night away!

Liked: The staff are amazingly polite and helpful. My room and bathroom was spacious and had a fantastic large shower. Spotless comfy bed. Quiet location and I slept well. There are more positives than negatives
Disliked: Accommodation, food and drink was a little on the pricey side. Meals were very well cooked but small and I'm not a big eater. While the hotel is lovely booking .com demand to hear my negatives. Decor is maybe a decade or 2 outdated. Could do with more lighting in my room just because I had work to do, but I find this to be the case wherever I go.
