Liked: Not a lot really, awful system to check in, slow, cumbersome. Just let the staff book you in. Awful. Breakfast was awful, undercooked poach eggs, was sick as a dog. Just awful.
Disliked: See above, not a good hotel, but quite cheap. Just awful

Bad

Liked: The rooms are reasonably priced and good value for money
Disliked: There was mess on the floor and bits of popcorn around the bed. Pair of glasses left there. So much dust on everything. Remote for tv weren't working properly, think batteries were dead. No cold water and had to buy bottles from the bar to drink. Hot water extremely hot. One member of staff so I was waiting to be served at the bar alot. Found hair in places that weren't my wife's.

Passable

Disliked: i thought the premises looked sad. the carpets on the stairs and landing looked as if they hadnt been cleaned for years. gave a very poor impression. the cleanliness of the room was fine.

Horrendous

Liked: The property was filthy, I have never stayed in a more unclean property.
Disliked: There were drugs on the side of the room, the room looked like it had never been hoovered, the dust was unbearable, we had to ask for spare bedding as the bedding was like someone had slept in it covered in fibre glass.

Disliked: It was very windy outside during our stay and the windows had not been closed correctly so we got woken up around 7:30am by them rattling
