Liked: I only liked one staff member Other 2 were very rude
Disliked: Everything was in room 25 (family room) smoking was right next to door and downstairs right under our room smelt like smoke when I asked to move they blamed it on the spray they used put me in a worse room after arguing on their side New room 23 was smaller broken taps window frame mould on shower roof right next to mainroad heard everything The only family rooms they have are up stairs no roof for rain protection was raining the whole weekend

Liked: The bathroom had mould and the staff/owners spoke very poor English and were very rude.

Liked: The room was very comfortable. Shower and bed good.
Disliked: Rooms were on the first floor, difficult lugging bags up the stairs especially when you are a senior with disabilities
