Liked: The day manager was amazing! Honestly she made up for the poor service we received the previous night.The breakfast was good.It was a small business area that was very accomodating.Lobby was decorated nicely.Again the day manager was amazing.
Disliked: The night manager when we checked in was awful.He was very friendly initially but his attitude changed quickly when I had a question about being double charged.Once from a preauth for the full amount.Another customer was also there with the same concern...The facilities are very nice but pets are allowed and it smells like dog urine time you walk in the door throughout the lobby.The rooms had a foul mildew odor.I was told it was because of the humidity.I was allowed to switch rooms and unfortunately the 2nd room smelled better than the first but still had a bad odor.

Decent Stay...

Liked: Nice, new facility. Clean rooms. Decent breakfast.
Disliked: The pool was dirty both times we went swimming. We asked the front desk if it could be skimmed and they informed us they didn't know how but would call someone. It was never cleaned. I did not feel like the quality was there for the price we paid.
