Lovely room; good food; friendly staff and excellent facilities - pool etc. Great location. Was near to Eden Court and also handy for town centre and exploring the area.

Liked: The property was in a perfect location. The Spa and dining options were perfect and the staff were helpful!
Disliked: Our room was quite noisy as we were next to a corridor door so we heard it slamming late in the evening when we were in bed. The car park was also very small and we had to park a short distance from the hotel for a cost of £17.

Liked: Hotel location is excellent.
Disliked: Unable to get parked at the hotel, however there is an arrangement to get a pass for a nearby car park - could have done without the walk from the car park to the hotel especially after a full day travelling. At least it wasn’t raining!

Liked: Very clean and well maintained building. Very comfortable room and perfect location for city centre access
Disliked: Parking wasn't great as it can be very busy and the onnsite parking is very small. Easiest option for us was parking overnight in Rose Street multistorey and walking over, which is no more than 10mins across the town centre.
