Perfect retreat

Liked: Nice and quiet location but easy to get in to city Great breakfast. Receptionist was so lovely cheery and helpful

Liked: The assistant manager was absolutely great fantastic service from manager
Disliked: The breakfast could be a lot better first morning we had to order each thing we wanted we only received one of each thing on cooked breakfast and was cold next morning it was a buffet breakfast was still cold but at least you got a bit more food 14pound is a lot of money for breakfast won’t bother with breakfast again cheaper and better breakfast at other places

Liked: Lovely staff, friendly and helpful. Lovely views from restaurant and ballroom.
Disliked: Hotel a 3 star so extremely basic. Bit tired needs a refit. Food was ok, although very salty. No good views from rooms. Standard hotel nothing frills.

Liked: Staff were excellent and so friendly, the food delicious and the rooms warm and cosy. We will definitely be returning. View stunning too.
Disliked: I can’t find any fault with this property. Everything was wonderful, and especially the warm and friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for their guests.
