Very pleasant hotel for a...

Liked: The location is perfect for us. The hotel sits very near our friend’s condo. The staff is also very friendly.
Disliked: The rooms are a bit dated. Carpet is musty and probably should be removed as it is Florida and hard to keep dry in the room.

Liked: The Hotel is situated near to marina and a long boardwalk where you can enjoy the weather and visinity
Disliked: The internet was very irritating, dropping off all the time, staff blamed it on the provider, I think its true, poor service should be abonded and a new provider put in place

Liked: The location was great. The staff was kind and the place was very clean. .
Disliked: The breakfast was lacking. Same old thing most every day. A little more variety and fresh fruit would have been nice. However, the bed in room 125 needs a new mattress. The side closest to the window was lower than the other side which had me tossing and turning every night I stayed there. The door to the back patio would not close on it's own. I had to pull it shut to latch it. This is a safety concern and should be looked at and repaired immediately.

Disliked: It smelled of stale cigarettes and the rug was stained. I wanted to leave and find another hotel but everything else was so expensive. The bathroom vent was so loud it drowned out the tv and there was mold in the shower.The lobby was outdated and uninviting.The complimentary breakfast was terrible.But the staff was very nice.
