Exceptional

Liked: The gentleman who ran the office was so supernice and accommodated my finances allergies but letting him pick our room.
Disliked: It didn't have great water pressure.

Very disappointing

Liked: Staff were friendly during check-in/out. Beds were fairly comfortable. Location worked for why we were there.
Disliked: Hotel is old. Not kept up very well. Room has an old musty smell. Toilet was absolutely disgusting and tub wasn't much better. Sink looked like it hadn't been cleaned either. Breakfast was decent. Overall, the stay served it's purpose for a place to stay one night and we had our dog so our unfortunately our options were limited. However, there wasn't good place to walk her since there is very little grassy areas. The rooms definitely need to be updated. I would NOT stay there again.

Never Again

Liked: We needed a place we could bring our dog in Goshen, Indiana. This motel for those needs.
Disliked: The facilities are very old. The bed felt like an original bed - you could feel the springs and hear them creaking. The bathroom had lots of mold on the ceiling. The bathroom just wasn’t very clean at all. The room was furnished okay.

Liked: The breakfast was good the lobby and everything seem to be very clean
Disliked: The pillows were absolutely atrocious not one person was able to sleep the entire night and everybody woke up with pain in their neck from the pillows. Other than that everything was nice except the floors had not been clean, and God knows how long walking from the shower to the bed, our feet were black and it was gross.

Liked: The room was clean. Staff at the desk was very friendly and accommodating. I felt like I was in a safe area.
Disliked: I put up the do not disturb sign two out of three of my nights. The first day was fine. Second day I had forgotten to put it up - nothing was done to my room. Third day, I had the sign up but I noticed clean towels and my garbage emptied. Bed stayed unmade. What made me the most upset was the fact housekeeping planted her cart directly in front of the stairs. She could see I was carrying stuff down the stairs, but chose to ignore me and let me finagle my way around the cart. When I mentioned on checkout why I refused to tip housekeeping - the gentleman told me she was clinically deaf. Not sure what deaf had to do with the fact that she watched me struggle to get around her cart and chose to ignore me. He never apologized just jumped to an excuse.
