I was positively surprised by the quality of the room. Although you have to pay to park, and the parking was limited. This may have been due to the fact we stayed on New Year's Eve. I would think if you have to pay to park there would be enough spots. The spots seem to be too small for all the large cars.

Disappointing stay as it was...

Liked: Accesible to Seaworld and offer free breakfast at reasonable price
Disliked: 1. Upon checking, we readily tried tge shower. The floor drain backfired with some dirt. Front desk was called and maintenance guy sent to fix.2. Like many other customers, the free breakfast failed to be served. Front Desk Manager claimed the provider has not arrived yet and we were initially required to wait. Upon demand, the Manager obliged to pay/refund breakfast at $30 per room.

Liked: Overall price is fair
Disliked: A few things:1. Room sound proof: - The window is facing the highway and we could hear every single motorcycle/car passing by, garbage truck coming to pick up in the early morning. Window is closed but the sound went through like there's no window at all- Same thing, we could hear the hallway people talking and walking, this needs better sound proof option2. The sofa bed could have some update. Could feel the spring on the mattress and it is just fair.3. TV should be updated with a smart TV to be more modern to allow Netflix or Disney+

The uncomfortable bed and disgusting...

Liked: Free breakfast. Nice staff.
Disliked: Did not like that the moment you turn off the lights baby cockroaches starts to come out. It was very disturbing and disgusting. Our first night had so much cockroaches and one of the bed was dented in so bad, you can’t sleep on that side of bed. The next day I ask the front desk to accommodate me to a different room, she did but same issue with the cockroaches. We stayed there for 3 nights.
