Liked: Julie the front desk employee ( 7am-3pm ) greeted me as soon as I walk through the door. She had a smile and engaged in conversation. I had to call the hotel prior because I got lost and she gave excellent directions was very helpful . I had a hard time navigating the TV system Netflix to look at the Texans and Ravens game (12-25-24 ) and Julie came to the room and helped, she also Informed me of breakfast schedule. Thank you Julie for being my GPS and A All around great person. Thank you.
Disliked: The bath tub water didn't drain properlyBut other than that everything was great

Disliked: We were not able to check-in because they only had upstairs rooms with no elevator. My wife is not able to climb stairs so we had to leave with no refund.
