Do not recommend

Liked: Shower didn’t drain properly. Tv was unplugged. Cobwebs in corner.

Spend the extra $30 more...

Liked: The rooms didn’t have that fresh clean hotel smell. Dust and old spiderwebs around the windows. The window didn’t lock. Front desk came to assist and went through 10 rooms just to find one that the windows locked. I was then placed in that 2nd room only to realize the bolt lock on the door itself didn’t lock and the top lock was extremely loose and wiggly. The tub still had soap scum residue and the toilet had stains as well. At this point, I generally didn’t feel safe to sleep alone in an unfamiliar location with faulty locks and an unsanitary scent to the room to begin with, to which I then requested a refund and still waiting. Only reason I chose Best Western in Ramsey was because it was close to where I needed to be the following morning.
