Liked: All of the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, the room and surrounding area was very clean, the breakfast was delicious and it was so helpful to have a place which allows dogs.

Great Value for Families

Liked: We stayed here as a family of four and found it to be a great value for the price. The room was spacious enough to accommodate all of us comfortably, and having a microwave and fridge was incredibly convenient, especially with kids. Compared to other options in the Poconos, the price was very reasonable—particularly since it included breakfast.We also enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna. The water was pleasantly warm, and we often had the facilities all to ourselves, making it even more relaxing. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it to families looking for a budget-friendly option in the area.
Disliked: The breakfast was fairly simple, but given that this was a budget-friendly stay, it wasn’t a big deal for us. The only real issue we encountered was on our last day when housekeeping didn’t clean our room. After we spoke with the staff, they acknowledged the mistake and apologized, which we appreciated.Aside from that small hiccup, everything else about our stay was great. We were very satisfied overall and would still recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an affordable and comfortable option.
