Liked: The beds were comfortable except the pillows. Seemed clean. Cheerful decorating. Nice lighting.
Disliked: The tiny front desk for night time check in smelled like cigarettes. The towels were frayed. The coffee was not even drinkable it was so bad. The breakfast was awful: waffles, sausage and syrup tasted bad. Cereal dispenser didn’t turn well. An employee that was an attendant at the breakfast talked on the phone the entire time for the whole room to hear.

Liked: Breakfast and hot tub! Clean and staff super nice, friendly and helpful.

Liked: We walked in our rooms took a Quick Look then immediately asked for a refund. Top center of the comforter had what looked like blood stains; but they didn’t even look like they’d been washed… hence the cigarette ashes scattered in floor of the room as well. Thankful we didn’t sit our stuff down & they refunded us fully.
Disliked: I will spare the details; and just say it was not clean.. but can guarantee we will never go back.

Disliked: Breakfast—"hot" eggs were cold, as was sausage. Machines in workout room didn't work, and when we told the front desk staff, they argued that the machines were all brand new! This was obviously false. There were water stains on the ceiling of the room, indicating a leak in the roof.
