Could have been cleaner, breakfast...

Liked: Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest, was yellow spots all over the bathroom door, like urine, and bugs in the window and the towels and bed both had thick black hairs all without.

Liked: Very nice staff, clean facilities
Disliked: Old, uncomfortable mattress. Door did not close well and had to be slammed to shut it...I'm sure it was very disruptive to neighboring rooms. Housekeeping staff starts extremely early pushing very loud carts up & down the sidewalk outside the rooms. Being woken up at 7:30a on vacation is never ideal.

Liked: I was there for a dance competition and it was really close to the school
Disliked: The beds were very uncomfortable, they had a metal spring frame that made noise every time you move. The pillows were uncomfortable as well. Breakfast needs to be better with more options. The door to our room was very hard to close, we had to slam hard for it to close. You can hear the noise from outside, which i didn't like.

Liked: The price and location were good. The grounds and room were clean. The breakfast was included. I loved that there was no carpet. The floors were clean.
Disliked: The heavy musty smell in the room. This may have something to do with the age of the facility. The bed was not at all comfortable. At breakfast, the milk was spoiled. When I reported it, they quickly replaced it. You get what you pay for.
