I believe that they just didn't clean the room. I think they made the bed and that was it.

Liked: It was close to the Orion!
Disliked: The room was dirty. There was dust on the bed frame and there were crumbs under the sink. You could see them as soon as you walked in the door.

Was very clean as long as they didn’t use what ever it is they clean with that has a strong terrible odor. We had to change rooms. But staff was very accommodating!

Liked: Very nice people. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The cleaning solution they use is sickening!

Disliked: Everything. When walking through the hall to our room, the smell was awful. The room itself was dark. There are a few lights and they’re all lamps so you have no good lighting anywhere to be able to see anything. There were stains all over the bedspread so we immediately removed it and put it on the floor in a corner. There were stains on the sheets. The floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years they were disgusting. The bathroom sink drain was clogged and you could hear it slowly draining by the noise it was making under the sink. The bathtub had what looked like dried throw up in the actual tub part. There was also hairs on the tub, walls of the shower part and all over the bathroom itself. The toilet was not cleaned and had stains and hair on it also. The whole room was gross and I didn’t want to touch anything in the room. I have never been in a place so nasty in my life. My advice would be to spend the extra money and find another hotel. This is too nasty to stay in so it’s a waste of your money too.

Scott ruined the experience and...

Disliked: Scott, the person checking us in, was beyond rude and yelled at us, in front of other customers, for booking online and not spending enough money there. We asked for a later check out (if possible) and he said no because we didn’t deserve it for not paying what his “music festival customers” paid because we booked online. He was very aggressive and rude.
