Nice hotel but too far...

Liked: Nice hotel but a too far out from the centre, had to take a bus and tram. The hotel was clean, beds comfortable, the shower ok but a bit small and the breakfast was tasty
Disliked: The shower could have been bigger.

The staff is very friendly...

Liked: Rooms are good sized and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast has a great variety of food.
Disliked: The bathroom was a good size but the shower is very small, reminded me of a RV shower.

Exceptional

Liked: Ideally located hotel. Great staff and lovely big rooms. Also had a smoking room which was brilliant. Easy to check in. Breakfast buffet was great. Even had gluten free rolls. Just had to ask and they brought them out fresh and hot. Will be staying here again. Restaraunt was nice as well.
Disliked: Nothing
