Clean, good-sized room for a...

Liked: Good-sized room for 3 people. Quiet area. Parking with EV chargers. Comfortable beds. More closet space. Spacious bathroom (no bath tub)Coffee/tea and water kettle in the room
Disliked: They could have provided still water instead of sparkling. I'm not used to drinking water straight from the tap. Quite a big hotel. I'm expecting more facilities, but the basic amenities are there. Only 2 drinking glasses, 2 coffee mugs for a triple room

Liked: Excellent location, very clean, excellent breakfast, very kind and helpful staff.
Disliked: Slightly challenging access to the main entrance with a suitcase. You either carry your bags up nasty stairs or drag around the entire block.

Lovely stay and a great...

Liked: Loved the proximity to things in Wiesbaden. The breakfast was far more vast than I was expecting. Loved the fitness center and free parking!
Disliked: It is right on the street, so when venting the windows, there is a lot of noise, but you can’t be close to everything and not expect to have city noise!

Disliked: Front Desk person-the female, straight, dark hair, glasses. Very unfriendly. I came back the day after my daughter left to return her room key. She’d taken it with her. Although I was served by a young male, the dark haired female stood next to him and stared at me the entire time. Didn’t smile, nothing. The next day the dark haired female called me and said I owed the hotel $30.00. I was just there the day before. I went in and a young man greeted me. The dark haired female acted like she was cleaning but when I came in, she made her way to the front desk and stood next to me. When I asked the young man why I wasn’t addressed with this issue the yesterday when I dropped off the room key, he didn’t know because he wasn’t there, however the female with the dark hair was there. She stood, silent. It bothers me that she called me to come in and pay her $30.00 then when I came in she came over to listen to the conversation yet said nothing. I think she went out of her way to be rude. She needs customer service classes.
