Disliked: The rooms and bathrooms are very small. The most important problem is how they booked such a BAD room. I had a lot of work until the last day, I left in the morning and came back in the evening. But my asthma was getting worse. I couldn't check why. When I lifted the curtains when I was leaving on the last day, I found the source of the problem. The walls and even the ceiling under the windows were cracked, water was leaking, it was damp and moldy. That mold increased my allergic asthma and made it difficult for me to breathe. You will see in the photos. I didn't understand how they gave me such a bad room and why they didn't check it until now. When I reported the problem by e-mail, they asked me why I didn't check it before. They said why I didn't report it before, as if they were making fun of their duty to check, which is their duty. They acted as if checking the rooms was the customer's duty. It was under thick curtains and it never occurred to me during my busy work. In fact, the hotel should be penalized for this. When Booking reported this problem to the hotel, they didn't accept it. The photos are below. I condemn the irresponsible hotel management and complain about the hotel, which is not worthy of Best Western.

Good value hotel.

Liked: Clean rooms, good level of amenities. Complimentary water bottles (only 2, but they all count)Location is great too. Whilst not exactly in the centre, there is a tram that stops just next to the hotel. There's also plenty of restaurants and coffee shops close by. We recommend bark boy for coffee and cakes.
Disliked: Not much but the pillows on the bed were very small.Whilst the modern design of the shower is aesthetically pleasing, the lack of a shower door means that the floor around the toilet gets very wet. And a towel on the floor does little to dry it out.
