Disliked: Heating system old and noisy. Room was cold and took time to warm up.

Liked: The staff were very pleasant and the property, albeit on the older side, had character.
Disliked: Unfortunately the plumbing is also on the older side and that meant showers higher up were weak in pressure and the toilet needed attention to flush.

Liked: I liked the staff; they wete helpful and smiling.
Disliked: I didn't like the location; they said it was very near to the train station and it wasn't. The area around it was noisy and not very safe.

Liked: The lobby and the location are good.
Disliked: We booked a room with a double bed for only 2 nights and the bed was really small told the reception straight away and they told us that couldn’t be changed especially the first night. The shower wasn’t working properly and there was a really bad smell. I stay in turin couple of times a year but 100% will never book Hotel Piemontese again this was the first and the last.

Liked: Boutique hotel on small street with interesting restaurants and cafes near Porta Nuova train station. Clean and comfortable room. Great breakfast buffet. Great price.
