Short visit in Torino

Liked: The location is good..
Disliked: The family room that we selected was not given, we changed the room after check-in.The air conditioner is noisy, there is a bad smell in the room.

Liked: Accomodation was fine however, photos provided in advance about the room alocated might be concerned as slighty misleading. Comparing my expactation at the time of reservation and reality was a little donwgraded. Apart from that it was ok. The personell was nice and ready to help. Breakfast was tasty but could be warmer (providing some heater to keep it warm untill it is served would be a big help) especially in cold weather.
Disliked: The air conditioning was a "blessing in disguise", and there was no way of turning it off and not freezing to death in a room (windows do not provide sufficient protection from the cold outside). Without central lighting, the room was dark to stay in when the courtains helps (psychologically) you to protect/limit the cold coming from closed window.
