Liked: The room was wonderful, the views were outstanding and I thought the staff were very helpful and so accommodating, especially Maria who went out of her way with anything I asked.
Disliked: There was not anything at all that I did not like.

A wonderful short stay.

Liked: We had a wonderful stay at the Paradiso for 3 nights on the way to other destinations. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable and charming - excellent and kind staff, glorious views out over the Bay of Naples, and altogether we had a wonderful time there.
Disliked: Everything was fine.

Liked: The hotel has the most beautiful view from the restaurant and terrace. The surrounding area is also lovely and has access to the cable car to take you into the main district, where trains are available. I could not speak more highly of the reception staff. They were helpful in every way and I would love to return one day.The hotel, staff and facilities were amazing. Thank you!
Disliked: Size of the pool was misleading. Only part I was disappointed with.
