Best Western Hotel Modena District, Campogalliano

Very good

Liked: The hotel is placed close to the main highway in the region, that says it has good road connection. Hotel staff, from reception to onsite restaurant, are all very nice. We travel with a group of three, and hotel staff helped to upgrade my room to enable me staying same level with my colleagues, very considerate. Room is spacious. Breakfast is okay. Price is fairly good.
Disliked: A lot of industrial DC/warehouse around the hotel, though not a big deal.

Good value for your money

Liked: The value: for the price we paid, the hotel exceeded our expectations. The restaurant was great and as a bonus the hotel has a pool.
Disliked: The location is not ideal since it is in an industrial area, but if you have a car it can be convenient.

Disaster restaurant!Uncomfortable Bed!

Liked: The staff at the reception were kind and they tried to find a solution for my complain. The woman ( unfortunately don’t have a name)apologized for the whole chaos at the restaurant.
Disliked: The hotel is “ in the middle of nowhere” and it’s restaurant, Osteria Emilia is divided into two sections: one for hotel guests ( a less appealing room) and a cozier room for outside guests.Since there’s nothing else nearby, you don’t have the option to eat elsewhere.I made a reservation for the Restaurant through the Fork app, but when we arrived they ignored my reservation and seated us to the “hotel guests” room. They treated us disrespectfully, and after went to the reception to complain the waiter seated us to the cozier room but after a few minutes someone came from the restaurant yelling at us “riservato! riservato!”and that we should go back to the other room.I felt myself very humiliated and I was so angry that we stand up and went away. I was so angry and frustrated that I even started crying at the reception.

Liked: The breakfast was good.
Disliked: Location is terrible. Swimming pool is 20€ extra. And no power sockets near the bed. It’s build in a time where that was not needed, but it’s 2024 now…
