Disliked: The only issue was the Wi-Fi. The authentication system with PIN codes did not work correctly, which made it difficult to connect.

Liked: The room was amazingly decorated and clean, the bed was spotless and very comfortable so I had a great rest. The bathroom was beautifully presented with complementary soaps and even a kit with earbuds, shoe polish and needle and thread, which I thought was very thoughtful. The room has its own heating system that you can adjust to your liking and it is very quiet and efficient. The bathroom looked amazing with a bidet and different areas well lit. There was a full length mirror on the bathroom door. I also appreciated the kettle and complementary choice of beverages. When I used the pool the changing room was clean and they had switched on the steam room just for me, which I really appreciated. The pool is a 20 mt I think, so you can only get a little swim in it but it's still a very relaxing atmosphere, great lighting and not a lot of chlorine. The Steam room was also pleasant but dark so I'd put some led lights on the ceiling to create a more magical atmosphere. On the plus side were the superb dinner and breakfast – they use pasteurised eggs which is reassuring and the staff was welcoming, efficient and professional. I also enjoyed the free parking, lit up overnight right and right in front of the room so I could even see the car from my room window!
Disliked: I found the curtains had come off on both sides in the middle by one hook which was a shame because the cleaners could have easily alerted maintenance to fix them. No conditioner was supplied in the toiletries. There was way too much scent in the cupboard so I had to hang my clothes on the railing and avoid it altogether. It was too chemically strong, I'd recommend a more natural choice, like a blander essential oil. One thing missing from room 229 was a plug near the bed to recharge my phone and be able to read the news while lying down. Unfortunately none of the pool showers were dispensing hot water, after waiting several minutes all I could get was lukewarm but not even that tbh. I had to go upstairs in my complementary towels for a hot shower in my room which was a bit awkward considering that I paid € 20 extra to use the facility. The shower in the room was a stunning design but way too complex to operate and there were no instructions with it so I ended up sprinkling myself on my glasses with the cold horizontal jets and then took a lot of fidgeting to get the handset to dispense hot water. I found this type of shower not very functional or efficient because even when I could get the handset to work there was no way to keep it over my head hands free because the support was at a weird angle. I would recommend at least putting some instructions or installing a more intuitive traditional shower altogether.

Liked: Big room, clean, quiet, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, good pool, sauna and gym, very good price ratio
Disliked: industrial area, nothing interesting around without car
